Take out the equipment out of the box and place it on the pre-arranged platform to prepare for the test machine. vacuum mixer laboratory has been adjusted and installed in the production plant, and needs to be learned to operate on site. 4. First release the clamp and the lid joint , and then press the rise button on the control panel on the electric control cabinet , the lid will rise, rise to the limit position will automatically stop (2). At this time, press the drop button on the control panel, and the lid will drop at a uniform speed, so that the lid is close to the clamp ring , and then tighten the clamp 3. Now put the speed control knob of the mixing motor on the control panel in the "0" or off position, then plug the plug of the emulsification machine in the power supply, put the speed control knob of the emulsification motor in the "0" or "off" position, and the test preparation is finished. 4. When conducting the experiment, we should pay attention to whether the central position of the reactor and the mixing propeller deviate. Under normal circumstances, the company has corrected and fixed the central position of the reactor and the mixing propeller Just to prevent the equipment in the process of transportation by the impact and other abnormal conditions. After the mixing propeller is placed in the reactor, the stirring motor is started at low speed (at the lowest speed of the motor), and the coordination position of the reaction kettle and the kettle lid is adjusted until the stirring propeller can operate flexibly in the reactor, and then the lock clamp is tightened. For each experiment, ensure that the reactor is located on the kettle ring and is locked before the experiment.

Before starting the machine, test the machine with clean water, pour the sailor in the measuring cylinder equipped with 2--5L water into the glass kettle, observe the central position, and tighten the lock clip. 2. In the process of operation, if there is a serious swing around the mixing propeller, the sound of the equipment is abnormal, or the vibration of the whole machine is serious, it must stop for inspection, and then to continue to run after the fault is removed.(If the fault cannot be eliminated, please contact the after-sales service department of the company in time) 5. When the stirring motor rotates at low speed, the slight friction sound will be issued between the scraping wall plate and the reaction kettle, which is a normal phenomenon. The equipment is not operating abnormally. 6. After the work of vacuum mixer laboratory, if it is necessary to release the material in the kettle, the bottom of the kettle of the equipment with the discharge valve, then hit the open material valve directly. 7.During the trial run, if the vacuum mixer laboratory is running normally, it can be formally put into use in the future experiments.
